What is AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss?

AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss is an optional insurance Plan that provides benefits, for up to two years, for the enrolled device including hardware coverage (malfunction after the manufacturer's warranty expires), accidental damage from handling, loss and theft.

How do I get state-specific insurance Plan documents?

From our home page, pick a state based on the below:

For protection on devices purchased online:

  • if the device was shipped to you, please select the state associated with the billing address tied to the method of payment used to purchase coverage
  • if you picked up the device at an Apple store, please select the state associated with the billing address tied to the method of payment used to purchase coverage 
  • if you picked up the device at a Best Buy store, please select the state of that store

For protection on devices purchased at an Apple or Best Buy store, please select the state of that store.

How do I get the Insurance Program Summary and Disclosure document?

From our Program Summary page, select the document based on where you purchased the Plan.
